A series of conferences will be held during 2016/17 focusing on teenage nutrition, food provenance, red meat butchery and Meat and Education resources.  The PowerPoint presentations below and other resources are from the London conference held on 1 October 2016.
The aim of the 2015/16 series of workshops is to enable teachers to update skills and knowledge, particuarly focusing on the new GCSE, network with colleagues and take away some new classroom ready resources and great ideas.
