Meat and Education has put together a series of twelve 50 minute lesson packs focusing on beef, lamb and pork recipes that are achievable in a 50/60 minute lesson.  Each pack comprises a teacher's guide, recipe, two resource sheets or activities and an Excel spreadsheet with recipe costs.  All resources are fully editable.
