Following feedback from our recent teacher survey, Meat and Education has put together a series of twelve 50 minute lesson packs focusing on beef, lamb and pork recipes that are achievable in a 50/60 minute lesson.  Each pack comprises a teacher's guide, recipe, two resource sheets or activites and an Excel spreadsheet with recipe costs.  All resources are fully editable.  The 50 Minute lesson packs are available to download now from the resources section of the website.  If you have any comments or would like us to produce a resource on a particular topic, please contact Frances at F.meek@nutrition.org.uk
